   Oleg Moskalensky first ever lady mayor of our city who won two consecutive elections is a truly charismatic person. Not to mention she is more fit than many fashion models. I guess David’s smile reflects part of these first impressions 🙂

   The #IPRA conference was opened by Sofia Mayor Yordanka Fandakova. The 1st day was wrapped up by Minister Lilyana Pavlova as a sign that PR and Communications is high on the European, but also on Bulgarian agenda
