Align professional online collaboration
Number one in 2021 Data based communications is collaboration. It is beyond our understanding for collaboration from before the pandemic. In the new normal the society, governments, businesses, educators and non-profits have one sole touch point: breathing, where “breathing”is a metaphor for revival of all entities at present.
The Breathing Collaboration is characterised by flexibility of many smaller collaborations or partnerships having in its core high professional individual accountablity of the people involved. For how can old school categories measure big or small are the unintended consequesces from entities dissapearing from arts, culture and industries locally and globally every day now?
For clarity, saving the Orchestra, which is indeed the ultimate example of togetherness at work, its Director should not sell their precious instrument! The local governement, the institutions, the banks, the larger cultural institutions regionally, nationally and globally, and the whole orchestra can extend a dedicated program to help overcome the global economic impact of covid-19.

The year 2020 enforced online remote work, distance education and telehealth to many occupations without previous preparation. The year 2021 is my 10th year online therefore my own experience makes me confident in giving 5 data based communications models for collaboration in benefit of daily workflows.
1. In Data Based Communications
Flexibility Comes First ( “What”)
Before the pandemic online users were on the learning path of “how-to” navigate one or another application or functionality on the corresponding platform. In “the new normal” they are looking for the answer “what” to prioritize (Resource Google Trends, see how-to versus what )
Search Trend for the quiery “What?”
Choices and decision making about “What?”are extremely narrowed down to immediate needs of a large spectrum of entities. People find themselves involved in multiple groups, communities and organisational structures. Those are often contraversial in character because of outdated procedures and too often corrupted practices such as governmental administrations.
- What projects are on top of priority lists in 2021?
- What digitized tools, products and equipment can guarantee the commitments we make this year?
- What skills are crucial for the future occupations?
The questions are endless! Flexibility is our ultimate approach to constant change!
My use case model is www.oneboard.network/service (what) for practicing presentations online to bring them to the next level. OneBoard Network is communicating in compliance with the next generation Internet Protocol (IPv6) with Google Domains. OnEBoard is a project started in the end of 2019 with it’s first episode “Svetlana Stavreva Talks OnEBoard” (#OnEBoard #OnlineHome) on the 19th January 2020, way before the covid-19 was even known. If we randomly predicted the online home for the world, our expertise remains systematic.

This second model is facilitating websites owners, both individuals and brands to periodically “scan”the situation as easy as possible. The Internet is a multistakeholder in character therefore we are all accountable, not just the IT engineers.

- Does the proposal impact the layered architecture of interoperable and re-usable building blocks?

Modern Internet Standards
Most of the misscommunication is rooted in trust of one’s own expertise. If you are unsure, test how things work for yourself or trust the answer of an expert. Here’s the audit list:
- IPv6: reachable via modern address?
- DNSSEC: domain name signed?
- HTTPS: secure connection?
- Security options: application security options set?
These standards are often part of hot topics such as encryption. Don’t be afraid to join public online events on such important topics of discussion. I had the chance to participate at “The Future of Encryption in The European Union” This webinar took place on Thursday, 19 November 2020 from 14:30 to 16:20 CET (13:30 – 15:20 UTC). It brought together leading EU policymakers, civil society, industry, and other relevant stakeholders to discuss latest developments as well as the future trends concerning encryption in the EU. I attended together with the Senior Attorney at law Lyuben Todev. His article is giving an excellent practical analysis on the important topic of Encryption. Among the characteristic use cases I like the way Lyuben approaches the legal aspect of interests on multiple levels, including authorities’ potential violations. I’m glad to observe professional attention to Internet Society ‘s open discussions! “The Legal problems of Encryption” is a must read for the clarity of definitions and use cases. One can best achieve personalisation of their data based communications with Google Workspace. What Google has been doing by organising world’s information is untimately facilitating our data based communication. Google’s platforms and products are educating anybody how to communicate in a transformed cyber-physical environment.

My own prediction is that during 2021 users with Google Workspace accounts will be able to livestream their onlne meetings in public ( while currently the live stream is domain based).

I have chosen a format in benefit of the viewers and quite difficult for our participants. We are going to literally talk sparkles of intents.
