The Commitment 2020 “On e Board” is an online annual series initiative in its 5th cycle. The concept of personal growth aligned with digital identity has started back in 2015. We have streamed live on different platforms. The videos have not being edited for the purpose of intentional authentic presence. Here’s the playlist. and our live streamed event uploaded on YouTube:

One e Board Live Video Meetings
For most of this five year period of time the participants in the series have remained connected across channels yet mostly on Google’s platform Google plus that shut down in April 2019. To continue with mutual support and collaboration, we are located in a public Google Group “On e Board” and in private with a G Suite account. We are keeping a touch point through weekly video meetings in private. Our shared Group Calendar helps us connect on schedule each Sunday. We are doing simultaneous Twitter chat #onEboard for members who are not able to attend the meetings.
One Board Network
The new interactive space launching in 2020 is a OnEBoard Site aiming to expand the collaborative cloud space by more functional opportunities for “On e Board” members. We wish to make the most out of G Suite Enterprise collaborative productivity tools. Because “One e Board” group is a living online formation, members felt like creating more touch points to relate in alignment with each one’s Yearly Commitment, give and receive support throughout the year online, across channels.

On e Board Network Collaboration
Conclusion: ongoing public discourse across cultures, beyond nationalities and formal policies, across channels. The multidisciplinary approach inline with the values of an open and accessible Internet presents success opportunities to participants in merged online spaces.

Mission Statement
For Commitment 2020 On e Board event members are backing up the Contact for the Web, launched on the occasion of the 30th Anniversary of the The World Wide Web:
Citizens will
Be creators and collaborators on the web
So the web has rich and relevant content for everyone.
Build strong communities that respect civil discourse and human dignity
So that everyone feels safe and welcome online.
Fight for the web
So the web remains open and a global public resource for people everywhere, now and in the future.
We commit to uphold these principles and to engage in a deliberative process to build a full “Contract for the Web”, which will set out the roles and responsibilities of governments, companies and citizens. The challenges facing the web today are daunting and affect us in all our lives, not just when we are online. But if we work together and each of us takes responsibility for our actions, we can protect a web that truly is for everyone.
