Are you assigning tasks to members of your team or group?
Google Tasks, Google Calendar, Google Chat and Spaces have you covered. Each member of a Space in Google Chat can create, manage and assign tasks to other Space members. Once assigned the task is received and handled by the member of the group Space in their personal primary Calendar. When it gets done the member is checking it as completed. All members of the group Space are receiving a notification about the task being completed. It remains in the Completed tasks list in the group’s Space.
Here’s how to assign group tasks:
- 1. Create a Space in Google Chat
- 2. Add the members in the Space
- 3. Assign a task to a member. Select the date and time for the task to be completed
- 4. The member is seeing the task in their Primary Calendar
- 5. When they mark it: completed, all members of the group/team in the Space get notified about the completed task.
- 6. The completed tasks remain listed in the Space.
