Your Reviews on Search and Maps are Sorted

Google My Business navigation

When a client leaves you a review, you get notified on Google My Business Dashboard. It’s easy to respond from Dashboard until you see “No reviews waiting for reply” under “Undesponded”, “Reviews” on your menu.

If you don’t immediately see the reviews on Search and Maps, it might be because they are sorted on a drop down menu by:

Most helpful

Most recent

Highest score

Lowest score

Change from the drop down menu on Search and on Maps, while logged in your account as the page manager and check the reviews!
