In the last week “Think with Google” reports about an increasing search interest on Google Trends for online payment options, employment support, and mobile usage — as more consumers are spending time on their devices.

How to Identify Immediate Needs for Brand Communications
Let’s take “Online meetings”as a use case. Implementing online meetings is an immediate need for brand communications in remote work and education, education continuity included.
Therefore “Online meetings” is an immediate need for “Digital Communication Skills”, one expertise of my personal brand.
To dig deeper, to support user experience and be prepared with my own brand’s communication plan, I’m researching how are events going to transform in the coming period this summer, autumn and until the end of the year.
