It is before and after SEO 2015 to me. Before, it was back in 2011 when I first attended the lecture of Ognyan Mladenov for updates of Google Algorithm on local SEO, consistently following the steps for better visibility, running AdWords and monitoring metrics through Google Analytics to help small businesses get more traffic ( that was the goal then). Moving in depth of search, I was on my way to start HTML, when my activity on Google plus resonated with Plus Your Business and I was privileged to join The Academy Completing up to Level 3 and currently at Level 4, strengthened my confidence in implementing Google products and tools to bridge business standard in the digital ebvironment and Attention Economy.
Why Google My Business
The space a business may interact on the web (desktop and mobile) is unlimited, global and local simultaneously. Being on the side of search, we are used to demand relevant results and now on the side of content, Google plus provides the free opportunity to businesses to implement a relevant strategy and reach directly their audience. It is not a shortcut, rather a persistent activity and a new standard in digital communication with multiple catalytic effects back to the business process. The conversation online is a contunuous flow of data, opinions and influence. Google plus is a powerful tool for multiplying your professional authority and building your presonal brand. Be present for expert conversations, plus one, mention, share, take part on Hangouts. Follow the etiquette for best engagement and the major lead: don’t talk TO people, talk with them about the purpose and meaning of your services.
