Switch between Meeting in a Documents and in Meet
Google’s innovative functionality allowing users to switch between meeting in a document and in Meet is a shift in mindset! It is keeping the participants on the document’s focus topics, reducing the time of the meeting thus fighting meeting fatigue as well. We start by bringing a meeting in a document ( Docs Sheet Slides). You can present the document in one tab in the meeting there. You can’t present other tabs while meeting in a document. To present other tabs move in Meet. Note how to move in Meet by clicking on the pop-up icon. So you either click the Meet icon in a document or the pop-up icon depending on the tabs you wish to present. That’s how you switch. To use the feature Google Meet video meeting from Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides, you must use a computer with a Chrome or Edge browser.
