Bridging Capital
I guess the networking bridges need Assistants, because I haven’t seen most of the guys from the image reaching outside and networking. Especially with the old school management that is doing just the opposite – constructing new forts to limit the networks. The Google Assistant has to put heavy effort on bridging!
