The Europass Includes ePortfolio and Digital Skills System
The Digital Skills are self-assessment fields and include Information processing, communication, content creation, safety, problem-solving.
Along with regulations in Europe in making the Digital Single Market working across member started this initiative is particularly innovative in changing the perspective of each professional’s work-life balance.

Members of EU Parliament are to vote on a revision of Europass, a scheme that makes it easier for people’s professional skills to be understood across the EU. They want to update the digital version and make the tool more accessible.
It looks like digital skills are going to be an advantage as part of the Europass. Google Drive is part of this cloud service. I edited my skills in Drive.
