The technology tools connect us across borders and nations and I had the chance to experience imprint with Google tools and products while visiting Milan last month. I’m sharing this photo trip and no doubt it would look only slightly different would anyone else track the places through their own perspective on Android device.
I had Google Location Services turned on along my journey and just before departure Google Photo Assistant was ready with the Story of my trip. It’s a nicely flowing movie, incuding short videos and description I added. Some of the photos have been included earlier into my post Digitally Extended Presence.
I did not miss the opportunity to leave reviews to the hotels, museums and tourist attractions we visited. I was happy to contribute to small family hotels with first Google review, but generally the area is a top tourist destination and 99% of the locations can be found on Google maps with a considerable number of reviews.
[Tweet “The specifics about taking pictures with Google Location Services on is that it adds the nearest well known localion.”]
For example, “Arena Civica”, appeared in relation to my photo of the park, although I did not see the Arena itself.
You get 3 features by having the settings for Google Location Services and Assistant for Photos on:
