I’ll illustrate a well known example from a service workshop, where all the artists used to repair their cars. The workshop asked for sketches and autographs from the artists. It immediately became famous and everybody chose to take their car precisely to that workshop. It’s the business owner or the team who know the best value for their clients, for they have leaved through the experience being helpful to them. This sould be easy, it’s the heart of the business and the entrepreneurs can usually talk about it endless hours. Collect the words and shape the feelings! When do you see your clients smile?
