Forbes Article Highlights The Link Tax Lobbyism in the EU
“Under the proposals, using a ‘snippet’ with a headline, thumbnail picture, and short excerpt would require a license – as would media monitoring services, fact-checking services, and bloggers”
I other words I would not be able to share and talk about Forbe’s article on the subject matter that interests me. End of story.

Oh, observing “the joy of missing” from news and media situation will be unfortunately a Titanic crash for the small media and definitely not a joy to all on the web.
It’s a paradox Peggy, isn’t it?! When a journalist has 100% tech support and AI to augment the quality content they are producing, they might be pushed back. Actually, part of the campaign against the link tax is supported by media themselves. Sad to watch the ugly side of competition.

Only 10 representatives opposed The Link tax today. The right-wing parties stick to lobbyist interests and vote for Upload Filters!
