Brake in communication. Burnout
I would say I practice communicating and learning altogether along “Digital Communication” ongoing conversation with Alex Simidchiev and Stan Bush on Saturday. I could’t come up with 10 or 15 min video, just because when you go over the time stamps you understand how completed with knowledge, experience and humor every minute is.
One practical way to look at our talk while watching the video is to see it as an example of a communication process by itself. We come from different fields, life and professional experience, we don’t have a script: medicine, technology, consulting and self-development, Toronto, Us and Europe. Discovering live stream as a learning opportunity is really amazing! Especially when you have four characters with the sense of humor to lead the conversation to the joy of being present and connected. I can tell I felt a burst of joy from this conversation:)
Takeaway for your communication process: take notice of the doze, plan in advance, keep yourself away from burnout
